Very very tired !

I’m tired, very tired. Have a few things to finish up at work. A little stress from people at work trying to rush me that I don’t give a hoot anymore! I guess you gotta wait. ( I’m tired of being toOo nice.) Too many emails to reply too. Too many people to hide from. Yes, I’m avoiding everyone until I get my stuff done. Still need to wash some clothes. Still need to clean up my room -clear out the clutter and just chill. I just need some sleep! I can't wait till the weekends!

Beauty and the Beast !

I didn’t do much this weekend, just relax and cooked dinner on Saturday. I brought my niece and sister to watch Disney's Beauty and the Beast on Friday. We dropped by Hillsdale mall and downtown San Mateo before the show, just to chill and relax a bit.

I must say Beauty & The Beast @ the San Mateo performing arts featured some stunning special effects, spot-on acting and a brilliant live orchestra, all brought together with tight-as-a-drum stage action and never-a-dull-moment. I mean, pleasing children with Disney's Beauty and the Beast is relatively easy. Pleasing their adult companions isn't. Surprisingly, this production manages to do both. Yes, I loved it!! The production overall is entirely believable, and everyone seems to sing and dance like old pros, to the wonderful choreography. Indeed, it was delightful, professional, enchanting performance. I even laughed a bit! Felt like a little kid all over again! =)

I hope ya have a nice weekend toOo..

San Deigo

We had a nice weekend, I didn’t except things to go that smoothly but it did. I wonder why my other friends didn’t have that much fun? The girls and I flew down into Santa Ana Friday about 2:30 pm and drove down to San Deigo, which took over 2 hours b/c of traffic. I know, we should have just flew down to San deigo instead but that would be more than double-almost triple. We booked a compact car, but the lady at Hertz hooked us up w/ a convertible Solara, which felt like my Camry- so smooth. What can I say? I loved Toyota!! At first we were excited, but then we realized that a convertible isn’t all that..

After a quick change at the hotel, we went to PB Bar as Nino had suggested. We got there about 7ish, just in time for hapy hour. We ordered a bunch of stuff and drinks, the bill was only $45 w/ tips. Man, that was cheap! I think the Irish nacho was my favorite!~ Yum-O.. We walked around the beach area a bit, hang out at the beach for a little bit then back to PB Bar which turn into Club Tremor, the music was ok..

The next day, we checked out Mission Beach, Little Italy, Balboa park and Gaslamp area for a little shopping. Then back to the hotel for a quick change and off we went to watch a show called “Where There's a Will...There's a Wake” presented by the Mystery Café at Imperial House Restaurant. It’s basically a show where you figure who the murderer is, while having dinner. The food wasn’t bad, show was a bit long & funny in a corny way –all and all it was worth the money. By the time we got to the Gaslamp area, there was a long line at the club we wanted to go too.. So we settle for one w/ no lines and got in for free, since all of us were girls.. Save us $80 bucks! Yay.. I guess it’s cool to be a girl after all.. Actually I thought the music wasn’t that bad as the others thought it was.

Our finally day, we left San Deigo at 9ish and got to Carlsbad’s Outlet next to Legoland at 10am for a little shopping. We left about 12:30 and was planning to drop by any malls on the way back to the airport. However, traffic sucks!! It’s took almost 1.5 hours to get back and just in time for our flight. This trip went by so quickly but we enjoyed it ! =) people are nice there toOooo..
